Chefs Will Need to Supply

  • Warming trays/hot plates
  • Heavy gauge 50 ft. electric cord (if needed)
  • Enough soup to serve 100-150 guests

Supplied for the Chefs

  • Paper/plastic 6 oz. sample bowls
  • Plastic spoons/forks, etc
  • 2 Tables for Chefs, size 4’ x 6‘ (TBD)
  • White linen to cover your table
  • Napkins
  • Your ballots
  • Bread and cheeses on Chef’s tables
  • Sweet/mint dessert
  • Server to help in your booth (if needed)

If You Are a Sponsor, You'll Need to Supply

  • Signage as part of you package
  • Logos for the sponsorship handbill and ballots

  • No Host Bar presented by the Bend Athletic Club featuring beer, wine, liquor and soft drinks
