Alicia Stevenson-Mehlis, Secretary
Ms. Stevenson-Mehlis has been a teacher and principal in Southern California schools. She has served as a fundraiser and committee member for many community and professional organizations and has been on the board of directors for the YMCA in Westchester, CA.
Barbara Dunlap, Chair
Ms. Dunlap is a journalist who writes for online publications including LiveStrong, USA Today and E-How. In addition to her position on the Winning Board, she volunteers in the Bend-La Pine schools and at local cycling events.
Teresa Yasmine Riemer, Member
Ms. Riemer moved to Central Oregon from Singapore, where she was an active volunteer at St. Ignatius Church. She has years of experience coordinating fundraising events and is helping Winning achieve a new level of visibility in this community. She also volunteers for the Assistance League of Bend and Glen Gives, a community garage sale with proceeds going to charity.

Brian T. Hemphill, Privy Council
Mr. Hemphill is a local general practice attorney concentrating in the areas of small business, estate planning and probate, adoption, personal bankruptcy and real estate. He has served on the Winning board since 2006.
Emily Patterson, Treasurer
Ms. Emily Patterson is the Director of Customer Relations at StreamIt, an online video hosting service in Bend. Before moving to central Oregon, she spent three years in the Republic of Moldova. For two of those years, she taught English as a foreign language with the Peace Corps. During the last year, she served as a communications assistant and editor for USAID at the US Embassy in Moldova.
